- We've been running on solar (hot water and PV) since 1997, electric and biodiesel cars, but we mostly walk and bike). David served on Albany's Clean & Green Task Force, helped create the Green Building Ordinance while on the Planning & Zoning Commission. We are the Principals of Arkin Tilt Architects, and committed to the goals of architecture2030.org
- What is your vision of a Green Albany?
- Our city can be a model of the transformation to a sustainable economy, built environment, transportation and food systems. Given our relatively mild climate and access to the resources of the Bay Area, we can be the greenest city in the U.S.
