Dan-
I'm interested in helping bring about a rapid increase in solar power systems in Albany. Berkeley's proposed FIRST initiative for using property tax assessment payments as a vehicle to promote this seems the way to go. Is there anything that can be done now to help this come about in Albany or to assist the Albany Sustainability Committee to accelerate this idea?
